Getting people in Central Hampshire to lead more active lives is the subject of a new plan launched this week.
The Get Active South East proposals aims to increase the number of days that people across the region take part in physical activity.
This doesn't mean everyone has to take part in strenuous exercise, it's as simple as taking the dog for a walk, doing housework and climbing the stairs.

Holidaymakers heading for the Hampshire Coast are being asked to stay safe by checking their lifejackets.
The warning follows the discovery of a defective brand of lifejacket which Hampshire Trading Standards say could cause serious injury.
Companies are recalling the Seago 150 and 175 Newton lifejackets manufactured between the end of 2005 and the beginning of 2007.
If you're concerned about the lifejackets you're using you can contact Hampshire Trading Standards on 01962 833620.
